Setplot

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Setplot. Making an account means agreeing to them. They are short on purpose: if anything here is unclear, ask us at hello@setplot.app and we will explain it plainly.

Your account

You need an account to use Setplot, and what happens under it is your responsibility. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it.

Your work

Everything you make in Setplot is yours: your productions, your plans, your exports. We claim no ownership over any of it. You give us the permission we need to store and process your work so the service can function, and nothing more.

Paying

Prices are listed on our pricing page. Pro is billed by card, monthly or yearly. A Production Pass is a single payment for one production. Organization plans are billed yearly, by invoice. If a payment fails, nothing you have made stops working and nothing is lost; we will ask you to put the payment right.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and canceling never deletes your work. Your productions stay readable on the free plan.

Fair use

Do not use Setplot for anything unlawful, do not try to break into it or disrupt it, and do not resell access to it. We may close accounts that abuse the service or the people on it.

The service

We work to keep Setplot available, fast and correct, but we provide it as it stands, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before any claim.

Changes to these terms

These terms will change as Setplot grows. When a change matters, we will say so on this page, and by email for paying accounts. Using Setplot after a change takes effect means you accept it.
